Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines Techvolex's refund policy for its web design and development services.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: If Techvolex fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe.
  • Material Breach: If Techvolex materially breaches its obligations under the contract.
  • Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters or acts of war, that prevent Techvolex from fulfilling its obligations.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must submit a written request to Techvolex within 3 days of the event giving rise to the refund claim. The request should include detailed information about the reason for the refund and any relevant documentation.

Techvolex will review the refund request and respond within 5 business days. If the refund is approved, Techvolex will process the refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

  • Custom Work: Any custom work or modifications made to the agreed-upon services.
  • Content: Content provided by the client, such as text, images, and videos.
  • Hosting and Domain Fees: Fees paid to third-party providers for hosting and domain registration.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through negotiation or mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a trusted & verified Organization / Party.
